Bread

I think that this poem is very funny actually! I wrote it when I was in 7th Grade! That might be a hint as to why it is titled and writen the way it was! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Bread

"Once upon a time," she said
"There was a piece of fluffy bread.
It happily smiled up at me,
And I laughed at it with glee.
I wondered whether it was real,
Or if I was really looking at an orange peel.
I really took a look at it,
And there wasn't any left of it!
Looking at my brother I said,
'Did you eat my piece of bread?' "
